The exhibition entitled "Something" is the result of the partnership (started in 2019), between MARe / the Museum of Recent Art and Anim'est. ”Something” is the name of the animation created in 2018 by Paul Mureșan following a script signed by Paul Mureșan and Cristian Pascariu, being produced by Safe Frame. Part of a trilogy about fear, "Something" addresses the issue of death. The animation is about the inevitable journey at the end-of -life and offers the viewer a sample of what might follow, a meeting with that SOMETHING that awaits us in the other world. Open to the public on October 5, this exhibition presents almost 50 original drawings, part of the nearly 11,000 drawings used to make the animation "Something" (8 minutes, 46 seconds). The animation will also be presented in the exhibition as such. Curator: Cristian Vechiu
