AltIasi
Cultural Association was created in 2011 as a formal recognition and
validation of AltIasi.ro cultural project, launched on 20th October
2008 and based only on volunteering. Last year, AltIasi Cultural
Association founded Borderline Art Space, a contemporary art space.
Borderline
Art Space promotes contemporary art produced in diverse borderline
social, political and existential situations and develops critical
discourse on present problematics and poetics. Borderline Art Space
is interested in exhibiting both emerging and established artists and
takes pride in its commitment to an educational role.
