THE SHAPE OF MY IMPRESSION
The Gallery Occidentului proposes to the public a painting exhibition accompanied by a presentation regarding the history of landscape painting. Natural sceneries of the artist Roxana Sivache settle between classic and modern, call reveries and indefinable emotions like silent shadows that close at dusk. Using images of the most representative landscape paintings, Emilia Cernaianu's presentation offers explanations for reading evolution of this artistic genre along the history of art, from merely background to distinct subject.
