Mobius Gallery was founded in 2015, based on the mission to produce contemporary art exhibitions at museum quality, oriented towards Eastern Europe. The Gallery presents a dynamic program that explores the often neglected narratives of contemporary art in Eastern Europe and facilitates the exchange of ideas of the most substantially contemporary artists in the East and West. Since its founding, Mobius has positioned itself as one of the most important contemporary art space in Romanian, representing consecrated contemporary artists, career intermediaries and emerging from the region, as well as performing projects with renowned artists who share a strong connection with Eastern Europe.
