La vita e bella
Childhood remains a magic universe where anything is possible, for each and every one of us. This year we, at the Romniceanu Gallery, have challenged our young artists to tell us more about their universe, in color and brush strokes. What came out of this challenge are images of a world filled with beloved animals and fictional creatures, minions and unicorns, but also with colorful characters from everyday reality, like Donald Trump, or Liviu Pop. A playful kaleidoscope that proves there is beauty in everything, as long as one knows how to look, and while there is still the magic of imagination. With their unique candidness, children teach us once again that we should never underestimate their understanding of the world we all live in, and the sarcastic and self-ironic notes they bring into their approach of current hot topics only confirm this.
