This project, about man seen by close, extremely close., reveals the essence of what might be called to be/ alive / living. It is a difficult effort, because it is almost impossible to portray life by something concrete, fixed, deprived of its temporal, transcendent character. How do I portray life, but life as it is? I will try to place the organic being in time, not in an abstract time, as if you were placing it in a measurable space in in which you could go in both directions, segment by segment, but in a continuous flow, lived in accordance with the movement itself. Why Seasons? In a way, it is a pretext for a wider framework, where to live the continuous metamorphosis that shapes the being, with the world it is part of. The experience of death and birth, the experience of creation, the experience of the neighbor, the alienation and the forgetfulness.
