The exhibition brings together the joint works of a writer, a specialist in ancient Christian literature, and a painter-restorer. Through the exhibited works, the two authors build a bridge between the universe of medieval manuscripts and our everyday modernity. The artistic and literary dimension is complemented by a theological, metaphysical dimension, universal to the human being. The painting complements, enhances and illuminates the meaning of the texts.
