On May 23rd, Zeppelin and Eurodite invite you to the opening of Carol Factory, a new urban centre for creative industries, culture and events in Bucharest. Carol factory is located in the historic Filaret area next to the Carol I Park, and it will host its first public event on the  theme of transformation of historical industrial areas into cultural factories. The subject is of great interest for Romanian cities and the opening of the Carol Factory is in itself an example of good practice that is very much needed in Romania. Carol Night Factory brings you on the one hand experiences of industrial conversion and cultural initiatives, ideas and practices for dynamic communities. Transformation, technological innovation and design, entrepreneurship and cycling are among the topics of the evening. 

Adding also an exhibition dedicated to bicycles in the city, an art installation and a movie night plus terrace, grill& beer, all in one place, you'll have enough reasons to spend your Friday night at Carol Factory.

The organizers of this event are Zeppelin and Eurodite. 


Zeppelin is a Romanian association that acts as cultural operator and activates in various city-thinking projects consolidating multiple capacities of research, cultural management and architectural production. Zeppelin edits a monthly magazine (www.e-zeppelin.ro), organizes conferences, workshops, exhibitions, debates, competitions, carries out publishing projects, research and critical reflection in architecture and creative industries, and is involved in urban interventions and strategies of coherent city development.


Eurodite is an internationally operating network company with Dutch origin and based in Bucharest that supports authorities, owners, users and companies in development of cities and areas.
